I am passionate about making therapy accessible for everyone and the right choice without the pressure of the initial financial commitment. I therefore offer the first hour free so that you can find out if we can connect to foster beneficial change. It also gives us the chance to be sure that this is the right therapy for you by exploring your needs and goals without rushing in as your welfare is more important.

Location
Farmland therapy or inside by fireplace:

We can go out across the fields or into the woodland on the farm to create calm through natural surroundings. If the weather is bad, we can stay in my flat on the farm by the crackling fire sounds.
The rural setting eliminates urban distractions, the peace and quiet enables deeper relaxation essential for hypnotherapy. The warmth and cozy atmosphere enhance comfort and openness. Some people find nature settings more beneficial to access hypnotic states and feel less clinical anxiety.

Online Therapy:
Stay in the comfort of your own home for convenience and accessibility in your familiar home environments many people may feel most secure.

Online means it doesn’t matter where you live as there is no need to travel, making sessions more frequent and consistent and more flexible to schedule.
What to Expect
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with hypnosis techniques.
Together we use the relaxed, focused state of hypnosis to help you access and change negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours evidence shows this is more effective than CBT alone.

During hypnotic states, you can choose to be more receptive to positive suggestions and create more positive and helpful thought patterns.

CBH is very effective for issues like anxiety, phobias, relationships, habits change, and pain management by working with both conscious and subconscious processes. The approach maintains CBT's evidence-based structure while the addition of hypnosis deepens and strengthens positive change away from negative automatic thoughts and fixed behavioural patterns.
