Cancellation & Payment Policy

Booking Requirements: A £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final session fee.

Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge, you must provide more than 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time.

​

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and payment of the full session fee.

​

No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and payment of the full session fee.

​

Rescheduling: Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

​

Payment Terms: Full session fees for late cancellations and no-shows are due within 7 days of the missed appointment.

Emergency Circumstances: Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the therapist's discretion.
