Relaxation techniques are woven into our sessions to help you feel calm and centred, while focus exercises support clearer thinking and decision-making. Through guided imagery and positive suggestions, we create space for meaningful change and a stronger sense of self. Finally, we rehearse new responses to triggers, so you can feel confident applying what you’ve learned in real-life situations.
